Title: "Ain't That a Kick in the Head?"
Author: monimala
Fandom: "Alias"
Rating/Classification: AC, Sark/Lauren, Vaughn POV, sexual situations.
Disclaimer: Bad Robot!
Summary: Filler for S3's "Blood Ties." Vaughn torture of a different kind! Yay!
Blood and sweat leak into his eyes. As parts he can't even name without an anatomy textbook throb and twist and ache, he wants to blame the pain for what he's seeing. For hands on pale skin and mouth tracing throat
...throat that he touched just this morning as he debated strangulation and
hoarsely murmured, "I love you."
The other's hands are sliding around her neck, too, but she tilts her head
back and makes a low noise that isn't pain, that isn't an apology for her betrayal. No...no, it sounds like ecstasy. Like the delicate sounds she utters when she sinks into a bubble bath after a long day.
Lauren. That's Lauren, he realizes, biting through his lip and tasting
denial.
Lauren and Sark as he struggles against the restraints.
She whispers things he's never heard before. In their bed, she was always silent, still, but he can hear her her now...louder than he even thought
possible. "Harder" and "yes" and "faster." It has to be the blood rushing in his ears...that's the sensation...not the sound of leather against skin. Not the sound of mouths sucking and taking.
Out of the corner of his eye, the part not stinging and partially blinded,
he can see her pale, bare, fingers, clutching scalp. No wedding ring. She's not wearing her ring...but Sark's golden hair is just long enough to wrap around her fourth finger.
He wants the shock again. He'd rather have the volts zipping through his body, bending him up and backwards than this. Her breathing. Speeding
up. Sark laughing, quietly. Tongue slick on the curve of her bicep. Smug
smile barely hidden against her shoulder.
He can't see Sark's hands...and he's glad for that. Holy fucking Christ,
he's gladder for that than the final realization that his wife isn't who he
thought she was at all...because seeing the bastard's fingers inside her is
something he doesn't need. Is another kick in the head, three times as hard.
He knows the exact moment she comes.
Because he's never heard that cry before.
She never screamed for him.
